What can I offer?

Forest School

I am a trained Forest School Leader with six years experience. Forest School is a long term programme that embraces child centered learning by supporting play, exploration and supported risk taking. I would like to offer Forest School sessions for the children in your school.

Mindfulness

I am trained to teach 'dots' and 'Paws b' by Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP). I can come to your school to teach Mindfulness for either a half or full day depending on how many classes you would like me to teach.
