Bespoke Packages
I am willing to work with you to design a bespoke package to suit the needs of your children, staff and school with wellbeing and kindness at the heart of each session. Embedding Mindfulness in a school is most effective when it is taught to the whole school, staff are present in the sessions and they continue to revise the practices with the children during the week.
Upon your invitation, I will give a short presentation to introduce my business and discuss how we can work together to support the wellbeing and emotional development of your children. I will offer a free taster session for the children and once we have registered to work together, I will present a thirty minute CPD session for staff where I provide an explanation about the sessions and how they can support the children.
Have a look below at some examples of how I can work with your school…
Teaching Mindfulness in schools with children aged 3-7
What would this look like ideally in your school?
I would teach Mindfulness in Schools Project ‘dots‘ course to EYFS and Year 1 for one session per week lasting 10-20 minutes which is 30 sessions over the school year. I would teach Mindfulness in Schools Project ‘Paws b‘ course to Year 2 of one session per week lasting 20-30 minutes over the school year.
Assuming you have two Nursery (Nur) classes and three form entry for Reception (Rec), Year 1 (Y1) and Year 2 (Y2), I would come and spend the day teaching Mindfulness in Schools Curricula to the whole school. My timetable might look like this:-
8.40 | 9.00 | 9.20 | 9.40 | 10.00 | 10.30 | 10.50 | 11.10 | 12.00 | 1.00 | 1.15 | 1.45 | 2.15 |
Rec | Rec | Rec | Nur | Break | Y1 | Y1 | Y1 | Lunch | Nur | Y2 | Y2 | Y2 |
Teaching Mindfulness in schools with children aged 7-13
What would this look like ideally in your school?
I would come and spend the day in your school and I would teach Mindfulness in Schools Project ‘Paws b‘ course to Year 4, Year 6 and Year 8 for one session per week for a total of 12 weeks or one term. These sessions will vary in pace and content, taking time to develop the children’s mindfulness practice and also having time dedicated to encouraging them to notice how the practices are helping them to regulate their feelings and emotions. My timetable might look like this:-
8.40 | 9.10 | 9.40 | 10.00 | 10.30 | 11.00 | 11.30 | 12.00 | 1.00 | 1.45 | 2.30 |
Y4 | Y4 | Y4 | Break | Y6 | Y6 | Y6 | Lunch | Y8 | Y8 | Y8 |

Event Days
I can plan, lead and run event days in your school for special weeks in the calendar, for example, Children’s Mental Health Week. I can either visit each class with wellbeing and mindfulness activities or have classes visit me if you have a spare space in school. I can focus on making the tasks sensory, calm, incorporating movement or even craft. Let me know how I can help! Book now!
Inset Days
Do you have any inset days coming up and you would like to incorporate some wellbeing time for the staff? I can organise sessions to accommodate your needs and aims for the day. Perhaps your staff would benefit from some time Outdoors at Forest School or learn ways to be more mindful? We can cook over an open fire, dabble in craft activities and even do some team building exercises! Contact me to arrange a time to chat.
